1. Purpose

DuoTake is a camera application created to help users capture photos and videos in multiple output formats, including portrait and landscape, during the same recording session.

2. Use of the Application

The application is provided for personal and professional content creation use, on an "as is" basis.

You agree to use DuoTake only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and the rights of other people, including image, privacy, copyright, and publicity rights.

You may not use DuoTake to create, process, or distribute unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, nor may you attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the application without prior authorization from the developer, except where permitted by law.

3. Permissions and Device Features

Some DuoTake features depend on access granted by you through iOS, such as camera, microphone, and photo library permissions. If these permissions are denied, certain features may not function correctly.

4. Purchases and Restoration

Paid features, if offered, are processed by Apple through the App Store. Pricing, billing, refunds, and subscription management are subject to Apple’s terms and policies. Restoration of eligible purchases also depends on Apple’s systems and the Apple ID used for the original transaction.
